Although I prepared dinner earlier today (it just needed to bake), Brady surprised us by bringing home leftover sandwiches from a work meeting. I fed those to the kids for dinner and I loaded up on veggies. The best part is that dinner is already done for tomorrow!

You are seriously ROCKING the healthy eating! I am so impressed!
I made some low cal banana bread last night too, I thought it was pretty good. It was whole wheat w/ buttermilk, egg, bp, bs, salt, applesauce, and of course bananas. I sprinkled nuts on top. I actually made muffins and one small loaf. Billy liked it and the kids ate them all gone today.
Erin, sounds yummy! Can I get your recipe?
So nice to have dinner prepared for tomorrow! Wow!
You had another good eating day today. I wish I could eat such a small breakfast like you, and I'm doing better, but I'm still quite hungry in the mornings.
